摘 要
售后服务管理是目前我国教育信息化建设迅猛发展的需要,又是我们管理部门监管最薄弱的环节。为了能适应教育信息化发展的需求,开发一套能够为教育局信息装备中心、各有关中标承建商或供货商、学校用户提供详细的故障申报信息、服务受理信息、服务处理结果信息,用户投诉信息等,保存售后服务响应及处的。根据教育信息化工程项目售后服务流程的特点和系统的建设目标,提出了管理系统结构模型,然后介绍了ASP开发工具如何与数据库连接及如何实现一个基于ASP的教育信息装备工程项目售后服务管理系统。
