摘 要
数据库是电信行业业务支撑系统的核心,Oracle数据库在电信行业业务支撑系统中有着广泛的应用,由于电信行业的业务特点,要求能7*24提供服务,同时为了适应激烈的市场竞争,提高电信服务水平,提高核心竞争力,对数据库系统的高可用性和可靠性有着很高的要求。
Oracle数据库本身提供了很多高可用技术,如何选择合适的技术并有效地将它们结合在一起,搭建出适合电信行业业务特点的高可用的数据库,已成为许多电信企业在建立业务支撑系统的过程中正在或即将面临的现实问题。
本文以中国移动业务支撑系统的建设为研究背景,从工程应用的角度出发,系统分析了Oracle的自动内存管理、集群、数据卫士和备份恢复等高可用技术的应用现状和实现方式。
实践证明,通过在中国移动业务支撑系统中应用以上Oracle高可用技术,系统性能有了很大提高,故障发生率也显著降低,故障恢复时间大大减少,达到了高可用的目的。
希望通过对集群、自动存储管理、数据卫士和备份恢复管理等Oracle高可用技术的探讨和研究,为其他电信企业在建立业务支撑系统时提供有益的借鉴。

The Application and implementation of Oracle Database High Availability in Business Support System
Abstract
The database is the kernel of the Business Support System of telecommunications, The Oracle database has been widely used in Business Support System of telecommunications. The business features of Telecom request 7*24 hours service. Have to be compatible in the fierce market, improve the level of telecommunications services, enhance the core competitiveness, Therefore the database system''s high availability and reliability call for a very higher level.
Oracle database itself provides a lot of high availability technologies, how to choose the right technologies and combine them effectively and Structures suitable for the telecommunications industry, the characteristics of the availability of the database. Many telecom companies are being or will soon face the reality when starting to establish the course of business support systems.
In this paper, I will use the China Mobile''s Business Support System as the background, from the perspective of engineering application, to analysis of the Oracle''s automatic memory management, clustering, data guard and backup as well as recovery technology applications such as high availability status and implementation.
Fact has proved that China Mobile business support system through the application of these systems Oracle High Availability technology, system performance has been greatly improved, the failure is also greatly reduced And its’ the same to the incidence of the failure recovery time, which suggests it has achieved the purpose of High Availability.
Through the discussion and study of the automatic memory management, clustering, data protection and backup and recovery Oracle high-availability technologies such as exploration and research, I hope it may be helpful for other telecommunications companies in the establishment of business support systems.
