公用房查询系统软件设计
摘要：当前，我国高校的大发展大建设已经结束，各高校都把管理的重点转到提升内涵建设。在当前提升高校内涵建设，构建节约型校园和建设和谐校园的过程中，做好这项工作的意义更显十分重要。
    随着教育建设的不断发展,校园建筑面积大，建筑物分布错综复杂，校园内的公用房种类不少，数量繁多，用户信息量大而杂，更新速度快。学院的分离、合并、不断扩大等变更，这些都大大地加速了校园内的公用设施的变化发展，这其中变化最大的莫过于各公用房及其相关信息。科学的管理不仅仅是简单的日程性管理，而是要建立一套完善的数据管理系统，实现数据共享，在各种条件下提供全面的数据查询、检索、汇总、统计等功能，并依据统计结果进行有效地分析、利用，才一能达到科学管理的目的。
    为此，开发一个高校公用房屋管理系统是十分必要的。针对此，本论文采用Microsoft公司面向对象的可视化编程工具ASP. NET和SQL Server 2005数据库技术设计与开发了公用房管理系统。本系统在操作上集房屋录入、查询、统计使用等处理为一体，从而使管理人员可以快速、准确地掌握学校公用房屋的使用现状，学院级用户也可通过该系统及时查找使用房信息，逐步使公用房管理工作标准化、规范化，提高学校公用房的管理水平。本文重点论述了该系统的设计开发过程，包括系统研究背景及意义，系统开发环境与技术，系统功能设计，系统数据库设计，系统的设计与实现，并配合程序进行描述。

Designing and Implementing the Management System of University Public Housings
Abstraet：At present, our country college greater development and construction of each college has ended, the key management turned to ascend connotation construction. In the current ascension, constructing economical colleges connotation construction on campus and in the process of constructing a harmonious campus, completes the significance of the work more show is very important.
 With the continuous development of education, the construction of large area, campus building complex, building distribution on campus public housing species many, numerous informative and miscellaneous, users, update speed. College of separation, merger, expands unceasingly, etc, all these changes greatly accelerated the campus the change and development of the public facilities, which change is the biggest than the public housing and related information. Scientific management is not only simple agenda, but to sexual management set up a set of perfect data management system, realize data sharing in various conditions and provide comprehensive data query, retrieval, consolidation, statistics, and other functions, and based on statistic results efficiently analyze, utilization, just a can achieve the purpose of scientific management.
 Therefore, it is very necessary to exploit a management system on public housings of colleges and universities. Against the background, the thesis is mainly on the design and exploitation of the management system on public housings of Tianjin Normal University which is based on the data of Microsoft visual program tools一ASPNET/ style=text-decoration:underline;font-size:14px;color:#2B4DD5; target=_blank>ASP.NET and SQL Server 2005.The system is the combination of data input,consultation, statistics, and application for use etc., which enables the management to gain the exact information of the present usage of public housings. College-level users can apply for or hand back properties with the system. Thus a standardized management will be established and the level of management can be improved. The focus of the thesis is on the process of developing such a system, including the background and significance of studying the system, the environment and techniques of exploiting it, the design of its functions, the design of databank, and the design of the whole system and its achievement. The thesis is developed with programs.
