摘 要
企业公告管理是企业办公自动化的一个分支，是将办公和计算机网络结合起来的办公方式，是信息化社会的产物。通过网络，部门机构内部的人员可跨越时间、地点协同工作。通过企业公告管理，使信息的传递更加快捷和方便，从而极大地扩展了办公手段，实现了办公的高效率。
具体而言，企业公告管理是指利用先进的科学技术，不断的使办公业务物化于人以外的设备中，并由这些设备与办公人员构成人机信息处理系统。本文设计的公告管理信息系统主要通过登录模块，公告管理模块，用户管理模块三大模块的构建，使得公司的主流信息管理更加的科技化，精确化，密集化，管理更加规范化，制度化。提高发布公告的效率，加强人员管理的便捷性。

ABSTRACT
Announcement management is a branch of the business office automation, is to combine office and the office computer network approach,which is the product of the information society. Through the network, departments within the organization can span time, place, work together. Notice by company management, the transmission of information more efficient and convenient, greatly expanded office means the office to achieve high efficiency.
In particular, business bulletin management is the use of advanced science and technology, continuing to make office operations materialized on someone other than the equipment by the makeup of the equipment and office machine information processing systems. Management information system of this announcement mainly through the login modules, announced management module, user management module construction of the three modules, making the company more mainstream information management technology, precision, intensive, management more standardized and institutionalized. Announcement improve the efficiency of personnel management convenience.
