摘 要
在网络信息时代,关于网络数字资源的版权纷争日益严重。网络数字资源的知识产权保护逐渐引起人们的重视。本课题设计了一个版权保护系统,通过基于MD5算法进行信息摘要的版权注册技术,为用户发布的具有自主知识产权的作品提供版权注册、公证,在出现关于版权方面的纠纷时更好地为用户权益提供保护。
本文对网络数字资源的版权保护的现状和发展进行了分析,对国内外发展状况进行比较,阐述了当前网络数字资源版权保护发展的紧迫性和必要性,同时展望了该领域发展的前景。
随后在文中分别介绍了MD5算法及其应用、Web服务技术及基于Web服务的系统构架。最后针对开发的原型系统总体架构设计进行了详细描述,对其实现作了说明,主要有Web模块、Web Service模块及Windows模块三个组成部分。

Investigation and Implementation of Copyright Register Techniques based on Message Digest
ABSTRACT
In the Information Age, the copyright disputes of information resources on the network have occurred one after another. Network resources intellectual property protection is gaining people''s attention. The subject hope to be able to design a copyright protection system, and through copyright registration technology using MD5 algorithm which based on Message Digest, provide users’ originalities which have independent intellectual property rights with copyright registration and notary. In the meantime, it provides more effective copyright protection.
In this paper, the main description, first and the foremost, is about the status and development of copyright protection of information resources on the network. It analyzes the situation at home and abroad, expounded urgency and necessity of the development of copyright protection to network resources currently, meanwhile the prospect for the future development.
Secondly, it introduces the application of the MD5 algorithm and its application, also the Web Service technology which are used in the subject. Finally, the overall structure of the system design is expatiated, and its implementation is described. The system is composed of three parts, Web module, Web Service module and Windows modules.
