摘要:指出磨床数控系统中常见的电气故障,并主要介绍了数控装置和伺服机构两部分排除故障的方法,是数控磨床维护的良好参照。

目前,数控磨床已在东北老工业基地得到广泛使用,因此数控系统的日常维修与防护工作显得尤为重要。引起数控机床故障的因素很多,包括机床本身的性能好坏、电气故障、机械故障、软件故障、操作失误、环境因素等,其中电气故障发生较频繁,而且受其它几方面的影响又很大,电气故障分类如下图,现借助此图将电气故障中的主要内容作具体分析。

Abstract:Familiar faults about numerical control system of grinding machine were pointed,and the methods to get rid of faults on two parts of numerical control device and servo mechanism were introduced.It was a good reference about the maintenance of numerical control grinding.
