摆锤运动控制系统(B题)
摘要:该系统以单片机AT89C51为摆锤的控制核心, 电路分为控制模块、显示模块、键盘模块,响铃模块、电机驱动模块、电机、反馈模块等几部分。 设计受到钟摆原理启发,通过控制步进电机的运动来实现摆锤的起摆及在两定点往返运动控制。步进电机灵活的正反转实现了摆锤的来回摆动,反馈信号采用光传感器来检测,各探头信号经单片机综合分析处理,同时能显示周期。该系统的特色在于摆锤振幅控制准确,频率易调节,系统经济实用。经过测试,该系统各项功能都已达到或超过本题目的要求。
The pendulum motion control systems
Abstract: The system uses AT89C51 as controlling core ,the electric circuit is divided into several parts which are controlling module, displaying module, keyboard module, bell module, driving electric machine, and feedback module and so on. The design is gotten from the principle of pendulum elicitating,it gets across the motion of electric machine to achieve pendulum operating and to control back-and-forth movement in two point. The electric machine flexiblely back-and-forth frontal and reversed wheel to achieve pendulum back and forth running. The feedback signal adopts light sensor to detect. All of signals are synthetically analyzed and disposaled by the singlechip. It could steadily display cycle.The system feature is accurely controlling swing,easily adjusting frequency and practicality using. Experiment tests show that every function of this system melts or exceeds the problem’s requiremer.
