外观造型设计

摘要:叉车是物流系统中最常用的装卸、搬运设备。本文介绍了世界范围内叉车的市场,叉车发展趋势以及叉车的结构特点,总结对比国内叉车在造型设计上的不足。为了提高产品的节能效果和满足日益苛刻的环保要求,排放少、噪声小的电瓶叉车必然受到欢迎。作者从能源环保、造型美观的角度出发,从提高操纵舒适性的人机工程学出发,设计出一款应用于室内搬运的电瓶叉车,外观上融入圆弧元素,简洁,圆润、动感、时尚。

Abstract: Forklift truck is the most common in handling equipment. This article introduced the forklift market in the world scope, the forklift development tendency as well as the forklift unique feature , summarizes the contrast domestic forklift in modelling design insufficiency. In order to enhance the energy conservation effect and satisfies day by day the harsh environmental protection request, few discharges, the noise small storage battery forklift inevitably receives the welcome. The author from the energy environmental protection, the modelling artistic angle embarks, embarks from the enhancement operation comfortable man-machine engineering, designs a forklift to apply the storage battery which transports in the room, seemingly melts into big arc element, succinct, full, dynamic, fashion.

引言:叉车是物流行业的重要设备,是门架和货叉为工作装置的自行式装卸搬运机械,可用于装卸﹑堆放成件货物。它体积小、重量轻、结构紧凑、噪音低、污染小、造价低、操作灵活,可以在工作场地狭小的空间作业。随着科技的发展和工业设计的发展,人们在对叉车的功能上提出更高的要求的同时,对其外观造型也有了更高的要求。这样,运用工业设计的方法和人机工程学,研究叉车的造型,就显得十分重要。
