摘 要
设计一台电机时,必须确定许多尺寸,但其中起主要与决定作用的是电机的主要尺寸。主要尺寸确定后,其它尺寸也就可以大体确定。电机的工作特性和运行可靠性也都和主要尺寸以及它们的比值有密切关系。
当绕组中通过电流,在电机的有效部分、端部及部分零件中就激发了磁场。为了简化物理图象及电磁计算,把电机中的磁场部分为主磁场及漏磁场。磁路计算的目的在于确定产生主磁场所必须的磁化力,并进而计算励磁电流以及电机的空载特性。
电阻、电抗是电机的重要参数。电阻的大小不仅影响电机的经济性,并且与电机的运行性能亦有极密切的关系。绕组电抗的大小亦对所设计的经济性及运行性能有很大的影响。因此正确选定及计算这些参数是极其重要的。
在主要尺寸、气隙以及定转子绕组和铁心设计好以后,就要进行工作性能的计算和起动性能的计算。三相单鼠笼异步电动机的起动性能主要是指起动转矩和起动电流对相应额定值的倍数。三相单鼠笼异步电动机的起动特性则由电机的参数决定。
