摘要
胶带输送机是煤矿生产中运送煤炭，材料等的关键设备。为了提升运输效率，提高系统自动化水平，就要采取集中控制。本文以现代工业通信网络技术，PLC技术，和计算机集中控制技术为基础，设计了一套集中控制系统。采用SIMATIC S7-300 PLC对井下控制站进行了软，硬件设计。以面向对象的可视化软件SIMATIC WinCC V6 环境为基础，开发了地面控制中心监控应用软件，以实现对数据采集，设备运行，以及各类信号报警等各项功能，实现对井下皮带机的远程集中监测与控制。
Belt conveyor is an important transport equipment in mine producing .It used to transport coal and mining material .It is necessary to use a centralized control system for raising a high lever of automation and producing efficiency .This paper designs a centralized control system basing on industrial network, PLC technology and computer control technology. Using SIMATIC S7-300 PLC the software and hardware system of nether well central stating and separated controlling stating are designed. Based on the object oriented programming language of SIMATIC WiCC V6, the ground monitor software system are exploited that can realize data collecting, long-distance monitoring, controlling and giving alarm.
