摘 要
建筑卷扬机是一种起重设备,除在建筑工地、设备安装等方面被广泛应用外,在冶金、矿山等行业中亦广泛应用,而且正发挥着越来越大的作用。
建筑卷扬机的种类、结构、设计、计算及应用需要我们充分的了解,在对建筑卷扬机的总体设计中,从各个部件出发,主要叙述了电动机功率选择、总传动比计算与校验;减速器的设计;钢丝绳的选择包括了钢丝绳的选取、使用及在卷筒上的固定;卷筒的设计计算涉及卷筒结构和常用材料、卷筒容绳尺寸参数;最后是有关离合器与制动器的设计,主要采用了圆锥摩擦离合器和带式制动器。
其中,对建筑卷扬机传动系统的设计又作为重点进行了详细阐述,对减速器进行了具体的设计计算,传动比的分配计算,展开式两级圆柱齿轮减速器的选择设计,还有关于轴、轴承和减速器其他附件的设计。
通过该建筑卷扬机的设计,为从事建筑卷扬机的研究、设计和制造提供了一定的参考价值。
Abstract
Winch is a construction lifting equipment, in addition to the construction sites, equipment installation and so on, which is widely used in metallurgy, mining and other industries too, and is playing an increasingly important role.
Winch the type of construction, structure, design, calculation and application we need to fully understand that the overall design of the building winch, from various parts described the choice of the main electrical power, the transmission ratio calculation and validation; reducer design; rope’s choose including the selection of a rope, use and reel in the fixed reel; reel involved in the calculations, the design and structure commonly used materials, rope reel capacity size parameters; is the last of the clutch and brake design, the main cone used friction with brake and clutch.
The winch on the construction of the transmission system is designed to focus on the details, the reducer for a specific design, the transmission ratio of distribution, the two start-cylinder gear reducer design options, the shaft, bearings and other reducer annex design.
Through the design of the building winch, winch engaged in the construction of the research, design and manufacturing to provide a certain value.
