ABSTRACT
Ultrafine powder is the size of the powder which less than 10 μm .The granularity of the materials were reduced, the physical and chemical properties also changed。Superfine powder is not only a function material but also show a broad background to the development of new composite materials and has a wide use in the industry。As ultra-fine crushing equipment in a major smash equipment, air grinder research plays an important role。Because of high efficiency and low energy consumption , fluidized bed opposed jet mill is the most advanced equipment of pulverize。The development of fluidized bed opposed jet mill was investigated at home and abroad ,and analyzed the principles and design methods of this type of equipment in this paper。There exist two main parts of the design in this paper,one part is the supersonic nozzle design: Based on the analysis of the existing design method。Based on analyzed the existing design methods,a similar facilitate processing of the supersonic nozzle design was obtained。And a program was made, which to get the corresponding Mach let the nozzle in the best condition obtained through the nozzle in the best condition。Many factors were overlooked in the existing classification design ,a lot plan is rely on experience of the designer。A new type of impeller grade which can run at the best classification size was design through read a lot of related data. The seal of the classification round spindle
mill and classification round was designed.
