摘 要:本论文通过对不同存在状态下的洋葱分别进行超临界CO2萃取实验。分别以烘干洋葱粉,冻干洋葱粉,鲜洋葱为试材,研究了超临界CO2 流体萃取洋葱油技术中萃取压力、萃取温度、萃取时间以及夹带剂用量等对洋葱油得率的影响,并确定实验室最佳实验材料及萃取的最佳条件。结果表明,以冻干洋葱粉为原料,加入无水乙醇15%为夹带剂,萃取压力28MPa,萃取温度42℃,萃取时间216min,洋葱油得率可达到0.483%。

Study on the Supercritical Carbon Dioxide Extraction of Onion Oil

Abstract: Onion oil were extracted by supercritical CO2 fluid. Different state of onions, which, dried onion powder, freeze-dried onion powder, fresh onion, were used. The effect of extraction pressure, extraction temperature, extraction time and amount of cosolvent on the yield of onion oil, was determined. The results showed that the optimom technological contition were freeze-dried onion powder, added 15% ethanol as cosolvent, extraction pressure of 28MPa, extraction temperature 42℃, extraction time 216 min, with onion oil yield of 0.483%.
