摘 要
随着城市经济发展,人们生活水平普遍提高,尤其是利乐包装盒在饮料、牛奶包装上独特的性能优势,使得利乐包废弃物不断增加,将成为继“白色污染”、餐厨垃圾、电子废弃物后又一威胁着城市环境的固体废弃物。目前,我国尚未建立规范的利乐包回收利用体系,大量废弃利乐包没有得到妥善处理,由此产生的能源浪费和环境污染问题越来越严重,已引起社会各界的关注。
本文介绍了软包装复合材料的内涵、利乐包的性能特点以及回收不当将引起的危害性;研究了国内外对利乐包的分离处理工艺,得出了符合我国实际的回收处理工艺流程;在研究国内外废弃利乐包回收体系基础上,分析了我国废弃利乐包回收体系的现状,通过对利乐包产品责任的分析,比较不同的分离利乐包技术方法,在利乐包的回收处置中引入了循环经济和绿色包装的理念得出了适合我国发展的利乐包回收体系,并建立了回收处理系统模型;最后引入经济评估和环境评估来验证利乐包回收的合理性,得出了影响回收处理的主要因素以及相应的控制措施。

Abstract
As the development of urban economy and the enhancement of people''s life level,especially the sepecial functional advantage of the Tetra Pak packaging in the package of beverage and milk,following "white pollution" ,food waste and electronic waste pollution up to now,the standard recovery system of discarded Tetra Pak packaging haven''t been set up in our country.A lot of waste Tetra Pak are used too long.Some waste Tetra Pak pacakging are treated willfully.These incorrect behaviour has result in more and more hidden danger,waste of enegry and environmental pollution. It has been highly concerned by all walks of life.
This thesis expounds the connotation of flexible packaging of compound materials,functional festures of Tetra Pak packaging and the danger of incorrect treat to diacarded Tetra Pak packaging;With studying domestic and overseas diacarded Tetra Pak packaging recycling disposal technologies,dound a recycling disposal technology flow suitable to the situation of our country.In this paper,based on domestic and overseas diacarded Tetra Pak packaging recycling disposal system and technologies,have analyzed our own diacarded Tetra Pak packaging system,after analyzing the product responbility system,leaded the cycle economy and green packaging in the treament of diacarded Tetra Pak packaging,have found a suitable diacarded Tetra Pak packaging recycling system to our country''s development,have established a recyling disposal system model.Finally,the main factors and corresponding measures have been concluded by assessing the rationalization of economy and environment in the disposal of diacarded Tetra Pak packaging.
