摘要:为了解决现有杀虫剂中存在的抗性,毒性及对环境影响等问题,开发具有新颖作用机理的杀虫剂已经成为当今农药科技人员的重要责任。氯虫酰胺是鱼尼汀受体杀虫剂的优秀代表之一, 它的合成路线很多,最近这几年以2,3-二氯吡啶为原料所得结果最为理想。本论文中涉及到的三步反应主要是溴代,氧化,水解,而氧化部分则是用两种不同的氧化剂在不同溶剂中反应,根据反应结果来筛选出最佳的溶剂和最佳的催化剂。实验所得的产物以核磁确定其结构。

Abstract: In order to address the existence of resistance to existing pesticides, toxicity and environmental impact issues, developing a novel mechanism of pesticides has become an important scientific and technical personnel responsible pesticide. Chlorantraniliprole is an excellent representative of Ryanicide receptor. The synthetic route are varieties. In recent years , 3-2 chlorine pyridine as raw material is the most ideal results. This paper relates to the three-step reaction is mainly bromination, oxidation, hydrolysis. Oxide part is in two different reactions in different solvents oxidant. According to the results to filter out the best reaction solvent and the best catalyst. The experimental product to determine its structure by NMR.
