摘 要
绿色包装评价体系提出构建绿色包装评价体系的可行性方法,并从中选取寿命周期分析(LCA),详细阐述了寿命周期分析法(LCA)的定义及其主要特征及技术框架,并在寿命周期分析法(LCA)的基础上提出本文解决绿色包装评价体系的新方法。
绿色包装评价体系的构建介绍了绿色包装评价体系的评价对象及内容、指标体系的建立原则及绿色包装指标体系的评分标准再根据包装生命周期对包装各阶段的各项影响因素进行评估,最后运用绿色包装概念模型对包装进行整体评估,将相关因素模糊处理无量纲化得到评价绿色包装绿色度。
当前实行绿色包装评价体系时还需要政府的宏观调控和市场经济的结合。在评价时还应考虑该体系为企业带来的经济收益,并且政府还应加大宏观调控,鼓励企业使用绿色包装。

ABSTRACT
Along with the global environmental voice of the growing, packaging, the impact on the environment is also increasing people''s concern。 Packaging production process,packaging and packaging itself after used of packaging waste may cause pollution to the environment. Therefore ,the establishment of green packaging evaluation system to evaluate the product packaging and making packaging products in the direction of a green package have become the urgent matters。
Green packaging evaluation system of feasibility study are on the basis of referencing a lot of literature,proposing the feasibility of methods of building a green package evaluation system , from which selecting the life-cycle analysis (LCA), detailing life-cycle analysis (LCA) of the definition and its main characteristics and technical framework, and proposing the new methods to solve the green packaging evaluation system in this paper on the basis of life cycle analysis (LCA).
Construction of green package evaluation system introduces evaluation targets of green packaging evaluation system and its concoct, principles of indicators system and Score standards of the green packaging system ,then according to various stages of affecting factors of the packaging of the packaging life cycle stages of to assess, the final using green packaging concept model to conduct an overall assessment of the packaging, handling the relevant factors dimensional fuzzy evaluation by the green of green packaging.
At present,Practicing green package evaluation system also needs the government''s macro-economic regulation and market the combination. It is should be considered bring economic benefits in the evaluation, and the Government should intensify macro-control and encourage enterprises to use green packaging.
