摘要:本文介绍了对神经性贝类毒素研究的背景和意义,对神经性贝类毒素的来源其及危害进行了简单的介绍,并分析了神经性贝类毒素的研究现状,归纳了一些现行的神经性贝类毒素的检测方法,对比了各自的优缺点,而高效液相色谱-串联质谱技术是目前最优的检测方法,灵敏度高,选择性好,不易受到其他物质的干扰,取得良好的检测结果。本文采用LC-MS/MS法对水产品中神经性贝类毒素软骨藻酸含量进行测定,用50%甲醇水溶液提取,通过LC-SAX柱进行净化,用API3000型色谱-串联三重四极杆质谱仪分析,结果满意。

Abstract: This article introduces the right of shellfish toxins on the background and significance of the nerve shellfish poisoning the source of its hazards and a simple presentation and analysis of shellfish poisoning of the status quo, summed up some of the existing Neural shellfish toxin detection methods, the respective comparative advantages and disadvantages, and high-performance liquid chromatography - tandem mass spectrometry technology is the best detection method, high sensitivity and selectivity, susceptible to interference from other substances, Achieve good results. . In this paper, LC-MS/MS method of aquatic products in shellfish toxin domoic acid content was measured, with 50 percent methanol-water solution extraction, LC-SAX-through decontamination, and API3000-chromatography - Series triple quadrupole - Mass spectrometry analysis, with satisfactory results.
