【中文摘要】 IT项目由于其高风险的特性,近几年来已在项目风险管理领域得到人们的普遍关注。针对IT项目的风险管理研究也取得了较为广泛的研究成果。然而,由于企业状况千差万别,这些通用性的研究成果往往面临可操作性差的状况。因此,本文将海信集团作为特定的研究对象,在对海信集团的IT项目进行广泛调研的基础上,指出了海信集团的IT项目为技术获取型项目并总结出了此类项目特有的项目生命周期。随后,本文以项目生命周期为线索,对海信集团IT项目建设中各阶段的风险因素进行了识别、分析与评估,并有针对性的提出了风险控制的策略和方法。通过理论与实践的结合,为海信集团提供了可操作的项目风险管理手段。
【英文摘要】 IT project has been paid wide attention these years by people in project risk management area due to its high risk. The research on IT project risk management also obtained extensive achievement. However, due to the varieties of different enterprises, these common achievements can hardly be operated. Therefore, this article will focus on Hisense Group only. Based on wide research and analysis on Hisense IT project, we concluded that Hisense IT project is a technology acquisition project, and summarized the life circle of this particular type. Afterward, with life circle being the clue, we will identify, analyze and evaluate the risk factor of each stage, and also provide the solution and tactics respectively. Through integrating the theory and practices, workable and operational project risk management tools will be provided to Hisense group.
