转型时期大学生网络社团研究

【中文摘要】 20世纪80年代以来,中国社会进入转型时期,随着经济、政治、文化等领域改革的深入和发展,政府职能开始转变,民间组织在承接政府转移出的职能并提供公共物品方面开始发挥重大的作用,获得了更多的发展空间。社团组织在此过程中,经历了80年代快速增长和90年代整合调整两个时期,现在已经进入良性平稳的发展阶段,但也因一些法规制度的冲突、自身运行机制欠缺等因素遭遇了不同程度的困难。近些年,随着互联网的迅猛发展、网民人数的激增和网络应用方式的不断扩展,对现实社会的影响日益增强,社团组织也在网络上开辟了新的发展空间,一定程度上规避了法律制度中某些条款的约束,并在志愿者招募、活动开展、自身制度建设探索出了新的发展模式。飘渺水云间是一个以大学生为主的成熟的网络社团,在其十年的发展过程中,有从BBS、网络论坛、网络社区再到网络社团转变的典型特点,也有作为一个实体的社团组织在活动组织和自身运营方面的探索和困境,更有着一个以大学生为主要群体的组织在公共话题关注取向、参与意识以及角色行为方面的特征。本文以飘渺水云间案例研究为重点,运用相关理论分析,并结合一年多来收集的重要数据和资料,研究大学生网络社团在转型时期的特点和生存情况,在此基础上探讨网络社团的发展路径问题。
