[摘 要] 本次毕业设计的主要任务是实现一个学生综合测评管理系统。在对用户对象的实际需求进行调查分析的基础上,参考大量相关资料,做了系统的需求分析和数据库设计并进行编程实现。主要目的是制作一套系统,能方便学生和相关老师对学生的综合素质进行在线测评。本系统使用ASP技术开发、数据库采用Microsoft Access 2003,用IIS发布。实现了用户登录、成绩查询、评分、信息管理、信息反馈、系统设定等多项功能。

The General estimating system of students’ diathesis

Abstract: The main task of the Graduation Design is to design a system estimating students’ general diathesis. On basis of the Investigation and analysis of the actual demand to the Users object, we did an investigation on the actual demand of office automation system and finish the analysis of the need of the system, the design of the database and the programming for practice. The main purpose of this design is making a system which makes students and correlative teachers estimate students’ general diathesis on line. The system is designed by ASP technology and Microsoft Access 2003 which fulfils the Institute schedule, published by IIS. It can be used by consumers to login in, search marks, apply marks. It also be used by consumers to make messages , enactment system parameter.

第三章 需求分析
3.1引言
为了规范以及条理的进行本系统的设计以及为后续的开发维护工作变得有趣而轻松,编写本系统需求分析说明书;旨在开发过程中进行参考,使系统在需求的规范之内,避免重复劳动,加快开发进度以及提高开发效率;同时也是为以后系统维护服务提供指南;由于时间仓促,错误之处在所难免,请见谅。
3.1.1 编写目的
随着素质教育的推进,高校和用人单位对学生学习状况的评价已不是单纯看严格细化的专业理论考试成绩,还要看学生在其他方面的能力,包括体育素质、道德品质和活动组织能力等。因此,开展大学生综合素质测评是提高高校教育管理水平,促进大学生德、智、体等全面发展的一项重要措施。对大学生进行综合测评已成为许多高校的共识和重要研究内容。
我们学校一般使用的是“大学生综合素质测评”册子,一个学期测评一次,这样对老师及学生使用起来不方便,不及时,并且不容易保存。作为信息科学与技术学院的辅助工具,我们急需要完成这样一个系统,以提高学生及相关老师使用的高效性及便捷性,为此,提出此课题,我们承担并作为我们的毕业设计。

(5) 设计内容:采用Dreamweaver、ASP和Access 2003数据库技术,建立学生综合测评管理系统,实现基于Web的数据库信息管理,该系统所有内容、数据实行数据库“动态”管理,系统包括用户登录、用户信息管理、评分、查询、信息反馈和系统参数设定等模块,各个用户可以方便、快捷的使用本系统。
3.2 任务概述
3.2.1 目标
(1) 要求系统能够正常运转,这是最基本要求;即能够稳定而且正确的工作。好的系统第一要素是正确的稳定的系统;其次才是操作界面的简洁。
(2) 要求系统能够满足用户的基本需求,即能够提供用户必须的一些功能,系统要求能够较好的为学生用户提供登录、成绩查询、在线留言等功能;为班级管理员提供登录、测评管理、班级成员管理、密码管理、在线留言及备忘录等功能;为部门管理员提供登录、测评审核管理、密码管理、在线留言及备忘录等功能;为系统管理员提供登录、成绩查看、用户和部门管理、提交管理、系统设定、留言管理及系统数据库备份等功能。
3.3 需求规定
3.3.1 对功能的规定
要求实现各用户基本信息录入、修改、查询、删除等操作功能;并能够使各用户协调工作;必要时可将学院学办现有数据导入本系统的数据库,进行多种形式的资料查询。

(4) 学生输入。
系统管理员可以输入班级和管理员信息、学期特加分信息、系统设定信息、留言和备忘录信息;部门管理员可以输入评分审核信息、留言和备忘录信息;班级管理员可以输入学生信息、评分审核信息、留言和备忘录信息;学生可以输入特加分信息和留言信息等。

[Abstract] The main task of graduate design students to achieve a comprehensive evaluation management system. In the actual needs of the user object based on the investigation and analysis with reference to a large number of relevant information, making the system requirements analysis and database design and conduct programming. The main objective is to produce a system that can facilitate the students and teachers related to the overall quality of students for online evaluation. 3.1 Introduction
In order to regulate the conduct of this system as well as structured design and development for follow-up maintenance work has become fun and easy to prepare the system requirements analysis specification; to develop during the process of reference, so that the system specification of the demand and avoid duplication of effort speed up the development progress and to improve development efficiency; also for later system maintenance service delivery guidelines; due to time constraints, is wrong with the inevitable, please forgive me.

With the advancement of quality education, universities and employers on student learning assessment of the situation is not merely look at the strict refinement of the theory of professional examinations, but also the ability of students in other areas, including sports, moral qualities and activities of the organizational capacity and so on. Therefore, to carry out comprehensive quality evaluation of university students is to improve the management of Higher Education to help college students moral, intellectual, and physical-round development of an important measure. A comprehensive evaluation of college students has become the consensus of many colleges and universities and important research content.
General use of our school is the "Comprehensive Quality Assessment of College Students" booklet, a semester evaluation time, so that the teachers and students to use inconvenient, not timely, and not easy to save. School of Information Science and Technology, as auxiliary tools, we need to complete such a system to enhance the use of students and teachers related to the high efficiency and convenience, for the introduction of the subject, we assume and as our graduation project.

3.2.1 Goals
(1) require the system to normal operation, this is a basic requirement; that is able to stabilize and correct work. The first element of a good system, the stability of the system is correct; second interface is the simplicity.
(2) require the system to meet the basic needs of users, namely, the user must provide some of the features, the system requires the ability to better provide for students to log on query results, on-line message and other functions; for the class administrator login, evaluation management , class members of the management, password management, on-line messages and memoranda and other functions; to the department administrator login evaluation audit management, password management, on-line messages and memoranda and other functions; for system administrators log on results view, users and departmental management submitted to management, system configuration, message management and system database backup and other functions.
