用户首次登陆本系统,应现在用户登陆界面点击用户注册超连接进入新用户注册页面,新用户注册需要填写相关信息:用户名、密码、密码确认、密码提示问题、问题答案、个人信息、真实姓名、性别、出生年月、身份证号、E-mail、联系方式、家庭住址、以往病史、用药记录、其他信息等。用户注册后使用注册时填写的用户名和密码便可登陆系统进入用户主页面。
如果用户已经注册过该系统,但是忘记了密码。可以在登陆界面上点击忘记密码超连接进入重设密码页面。根据用户注册时提供的密码提示问题和答案,系统可以为用户重设密码。
用户主页面提供了专家查询、预约查询、信息修改、密码修改四项功能。
专家查询功能给用户提供了专家列表。在专家列表上可以看到专家信息和相关简历。点击专家列表中每位专家信息旁的预约该位专家超连接便可进入专家预约时间列表,其中列出了专家的坐诊时间、可挂好数和剩余挂号数给用户选择。用户只需点击预约便可提交预约请求,系统确认后便在用户的预约信息中添加相关条目并返回给用户就诊时的门诊号。
预约查询功能可以将用户历次预约信息列成表格。显示了每次预约的门诊号、专家姓名、门诊日期、预约日期和是否过期等信息,而且还提供对未过期预约的取消功能。不过用户至少要比就诊时间提前半天进行操作。
信息修改功能可以修改用户在注册时填写的除了用户名和密码外的所有个人信息。
密码修改功能可以更改用户登陆的密码,操作时需要填写用户当前密码和新密码。
如果用户操作完毕,可以点击安全退出按钮清除浏览器内的记录对象以防止其他人非法盗用。
管理员无法自行注册,必须由其他管理员在系统设置里面添加。系统默认提供了admin用户。管理员登陆后就进入主管理界面。
主管理页面提供了专家管理、用户管理、预约管理、系统管理四项功能。
专家管理界面列出了系统中登记的所有专家的信息,添加专家功能可以打开专家信息添加页面。添加一名专家须填写姓名、性别、科室、专长和工作计划。对于已经存在的专家,可以查看其预约情况,还可以对其档案进行删除和修改。
用户管理功能列出了系统中注册的所有用户的相关,管理员可以查看用户的详细资料、预约情况和删除用户注册纪录。
预约管理按日期列出了系统中已登记的所有用户预约条目。还提供了丰富的预约查询功能。管理员可以按需要进行按用户名查询、按专家名查询、按预约号查询、按科室查询、按预约日期查询和按就诊日期查询。对于每一项预约纪录,管理员不但可以查看预约的详细信息,还可以选择是否删除预约条目。
系统管理功能可以对系统管理员进行添加、删除和修改信息等操作。
