摘 要
随着信息技术在管理上越来越深入而广泛的应用,管理信息系统的实施在技术上已逐步成熟。管理信息系统是一个不断发展的新型科学,任何一个单位要生存和发展,都要高效率地把内部活动有机地组织起来,这就必须建立与自身特点相适应的管理信息系统(Management Information System ,MIS)。
武汉长江资产管理有限公司是武汉一家处置不良资产业务的公司,随着公司业务的快速发展,原有的手工处置业务的能力已不能满足公司发展需求,为进一步提高公司处置不良资产的能力,最大限度提高不良资产的回收价值,减少损失,并提升公司管理水平,公司决定开发一套先进、科学的信息管理系统(CJZCMIS)。
资讯平台系统,作为CJZCMIS系统的辅助模块,主要完成公司内部的一些信息的交流,包括公共信息的发布、个人日程安排、在线用户列表显示、个人留言的发布和接收,留言部分和大家平时用的邮箱非常类似,不过仅供此应用系统使用。
论文结构上着重论述系统的功能与实现、数据流程与后台管理等。并对关键的有关技术进行简要的介绍。

ABSTRACT
With the more and more further and extensive utilization of Information Technology in management, MIS(Management Information System) has been enforced technically into maturity gradually. MIS is a new type of increasingly developing science. In order to survive and develop, any corporation has to organize the internal activities efficently and organicly. Thus, MIS is required to be established in accordance with respective characteristics of each company.
Wuhan Changjiang Zichan Management Co., Ltd.(CJZC) is a company focused on the business of disposition of bad assets. With rapid development of the business, the capacity of hand disposition cannot meet the demand of company development. To furthur enhance the capacity of bad asset disposition, maximize the recyclable value of the bad asset and reduce loss, and upgrade the management of the company, CJZC has decided to develop an advanced and scientific information management system; that''s called CJZCMIS.
Information Platform System, an assistant module of the CJZCMIS, does the task of exchanging some information in the company, including issuance of public information, arrangement of personal schedule, display of the list of on-line users, issuance and receive of personal leave messages. The part of leave messages is peculiarly similar to the commonly-used mail box; however, it is only available to the application system.
This thesis focuses on the study of the function and realization of the system, the flow and background management of data, and etc. In addition, some key relevant technologies are to be briefly introduced in this study.

当今人类社会正经历着一场信息化革命。从1946年发明第一台计算机开始,人类社会经历了20世纪70年代的微机革命和90年代的网络革命。以计算机技术为基础,以信息技术为动力,以信息产业为带头产业,迅速形成了推动社会经济发展的空前强大力量,从而使知识经济初显端倪,信息社会即将到来。过去10年,以通信和计算机网络为基础的信息化基础建设已初具规模,计算机和网络设备制造业初步建成并形成一定的生产规模。面向新世纪之初,我国的信息化革命将进入以计算机应用为主题的新时代。
随着Internet应用日趋广泛,信息得以高速流动,资源得以海量集成,管理信息系统逐步走入现实生活。人类社会已逐步进入信息化社会,信息作为一种资源也越来越多的参与到人类社会活动中。由于企事业运作决策过程中所需的信息量越来越多,传统的信息管理技术也越来越不适应需求,使得基于计算机技术、现代化管理技术、现代化通信技术和数学方法的管理信息系统应用越来越广泛。管理信息系统不仅是一种技术系统,更是一种社会系统。它是一个为生产管理决策服务的信息系统,能根据管理需要,为管理者提供所需信息,提升科学管理水平。管理信息系统与管理、信息和系统相关,他设计的主要技术有:管理技术、数据资源处理技术、数据库技术、计算机技术和计算机网络技术。

充分考虑在先进技术的支持下,对现有业务流程的优化。通过系统来统一、规范不良资产处置业务流程,为武汉长江资产经营管理有限公司长期发展提供有力支持。
项目开发的意义
资讯平台是系统中不可或缺的一个信息交互和沟通的模块,方便用户及时处置资产,及时得到消息,为用户的管理个人日程,特为总应用系统设计的专门的信息平台。
资讯平台系统,作为CJZCMIS系统的辅助模块,主要完成公司内部的一些信息的交流,包括公共信息的发布、个人日程安排、个人留言的发布和接收,留言部分和大家平时用的邮箱非常类似,完全是CJZCMIS系统量身定做交流平台。
项目开发的目标
整个系统设计本着“科学、实用、合理”的原则,从以下方面实现项目目标:
(1)满足目前业务需要,建立一个拥有良好交互性、操作简单易用的信息交流平台。
(2)具有一定的前瞻性,面向不良资产处置公司,注重实用性。
(3)有利于提升管理水平以及工作效率的提高。
(4)体现“信息共享”。
结 论
经过几个月连续奋战,终于圆满的完成了整个设计过程。在设计实现中,碰到了些困难,但最终还是找到了解决问题的出口;在实现过程中,增强了动手能力,积累了丰富的设计经验,提高了团队合作意识,对商业化软件生产有了更深刻的认识,同时,能通过自己的所学来创造价值,大大增强了自信心。
在设计过程中,仔细听了指导老师的需求建议,参考老师的文档需求,和其他小组成员一起探讨了项目的需求。我们积极讨论,和老师积极沟通,努力开发出实用型的系统。
在技术方面,除了大家熟知的ASP.NET、SQL Server 2000外,在项目中还用到了样式表和脚本一些知识,通过一些脚本来验证用户输入信息,采用分层开发模式开发系统,为以后软件的项目的维护提供了良好的维护基础。
此系统经过一段的实际运作,虽然出现了一些bug,现都已经排除,系统没有出现明显的能问题。基本能满足通过用户的验证,通过这次软件开发,大大加强了自己的动手能力和解决了问题的能力,提高了自己的团队意识,为今后的工作打下坚实的基础。
