摘 要

    研究生信息管理系统是非常典型的信息管理系统(MIS)之一。其开发主要包括后台数据库的建立和相关的维护以及前端应用程序的开发两个主要方面。对于前者,要求建立起数据一致性和完整性较强、数据安全性好的数据库,而对于后者来说,则要求应用程序在功能上要具备功能完备、美观、易使用等一系列的特点。

    经过分析,我使用Borland公司开发的Delphi 7.0来作为前端应用程序的开发工具,而使用应用广泛的MicroSoft公司研制的Access作为后端的数据库支持。

    根据实际情况,我们使用原型法(Rapid Prototyping)即以少量代价快速地构造一个可执行的软件系统模型。使用户和开发人员可以较快地确定需求,然后采用循环进化的开发方式,对系统模型作连续的精化,将系统需具备的性质逐渐增加上去,直到所有的性质全部满足。此时模块的各个方面的研究和设计一基本成型。然后,在一定的时间内先建立起一个系统应用程序的原型,然后对这个初始的原形系统进行需求的迭代,不断的修正和改进直到形成用户满意的可行性的信息管理系统。进而交付使用。

   Through analysis, database support that I carry after using the Delphi that Borland company development 7.0 came to was used as the tool of development that head apply procedure but the usage apply the extensive the Access that the company of MicroSoft research to manufacture the conduct and actions.

   According to the actual circumstance, we use the prototype method( Rapid Prototyping) to construct a software for can carrying out system model quickly with a little amount price namely.Use a the method of development for with developping personnel can than quickly certain need, then adoption circulating evolving, make to the system model the continuous  turn, need the system to the kind that have to increase up gradually, until all kinds is all to satisfy.This time mold a research for of each one with design a basic model.Then, establish first a system that rises in certain time the prototype apply the procedure, then to this beginning the original shape system that start proceeds the demanding the on behalf  , continuously of correction with improve until become the information management system of the possibility of the customer satisfaction.Near but the consignation uses.

绪论

    随着全国各个高校对研究生招生规模的不断扩大,研究生的数量急剧增加,有关学生的各种信息的信息量也是成倍的增长。面对庞大的信息量就需要有研究生信息管理系统来提高学生管理工作的效率。而且,研究生信息管理系统是一个高等教育单位不可缺少的部分,它的内容对于学校的决策者和管理者来说都至关重要,所以研究生信息管理系统应该能够为用户提供充足的信息和快捷多方面的查询手段。但一直以来人们使用传统人工的方式管理文件档案,这种管理方式存在着许多缺点,如:效率低、保密性差,另外时间一长,将产生大量的文件和数据,这对于查找、更新和维护都带来了不少的困难。

随着科学技术的不断提高,计算机科学日渐成熟,其强大的功能已为人们深刻认识,它已进入人类社会的各个领域并发挥着越来越重要的作用。

    本毕业设计题目为:研究生信息管理系统。本课题来自指导教师李筠老师的提议,基于Delphi7.0及ACCESS 2000数据库平台开发。用于解决有关研究生及导师信息复杂,不便于查阅和管理等问题。

作为计算机应用的一部分,使用计算机对研究生信息进行管理,具有着手工管理所无法比拟的优点.例如:检索迅速、查找方便、可靠性高、存储量大、保密性好、寿命长、成本低等。这些优点能够极大地提高高校研究生信息管理的效率,也是企业的科学化、正规化管理,与世界接轨的重要条件。

因此,开发这样一套管理软件成为很有必要的事情,在下面的各章中我们将开发一套完整的研究生信息管理系统。通过这个系统,可以方便地查询、统计和修改研究生的基本情况、研究生的导师情况、研究生的课程开设情况及选课信息一起成绩情况,实现信息的规范管理、科学的统计和快速的查询,从而加上管理方面的工作量,同时避免了由于人为因素造成的数据遗漏和误报。而且本系统灵活的使用的第三放控件,是初始化界面更加的友好化,并且添加了生成报表和成绩单的新功能,减少了工作的程序,功能强大的用户注册模块使各个用户之间的安全性得到了切实的保证,权限分配的管理模式也在最大程度上减少了错误操作和恶意修改的可能性。帮助信息的E—mail留言系统也增加了用户和管理员、开发者的联络渠道。

Graduate student information management system is very typical information management system (MIS) is one. Its development include the establishment of back-end database and the related front-end application maintenance and development of two main aspects. For the former, require the establishment of data consistency and integrity of the stronger data security, a good database, while for the latter, then the requested application functionality have to take a full-featured, beautiful, easy to use and a series of features .

    
After analysis, I developed using Borland''s Delphi 7.0 as the front-end application development tools, and use application developed a wide range of MicroSoft''s Access as the backend database support.

    
According to the actual situation, we use the prototype method (Rapid Prototyping) that is a small price to quickly construct an executable software system model. Allow users and developers can quickly identify needs, and then by using cyclic evolution of the development mode, the system model for continuous refinement, the nature of the system need to have a gradual increase up until all of the nature of the entire meet. At this point the module in all aspects of research and design a basic shape. Then, in a certain period of time to build the first prototype of a system application, and then this initial prototype system needs iterative, constant amendments and improvements until the feasibility of the formation of customer satisfaction information management system. And then delivered.
