摘 要
高技术企业竞争力评价系统是用来对企业在一段时期内在技术工作方面综合评价的计算机系统。本系统以TEOM法----一种新型的企业技术竞争力评价方法----模型进行开发。运用了组织管理水平、市场营销能力、企业家素质、技术指标、市场指标,等几个方面的具体分数和最终评估分。反映企业当前在竞争实力方面的综合实力与潜力的情况。从而为企业进行自我诊断，选择重组对象以及政府选择优势企业进行扶持提供了科学依据。由于评价过程中需要大量的相关数据，所以本系统又添加了独立的数据管理功能模块。

第一章 引言
如何给企业带来最好的回报，最大限度的推动企业的发展，对企业领导和决策层来说是一个重要而又棘手的问题。为此，有必要开发一个系统，通过对企业竞争实力与竞争潜力的科学分析与处理，为企业进行自我诊断、选择重组对象以及政府选择优势企业进行扶持提供科学依据。根据用户的需求，在对影响企业竞争力的因素进行科学调研，分析后，提出了适用于企业评估管理系统的总体构思与解决方案，并据此建立了“企业实力评估系统”之设想，从而有了此次设计的理想目标。
此系统的设计实现大大提高了企业智囊团的工作效率，并可以通过此系统计算处理出的数据判断出企业当前的形势，从而给企业提供科学管理的依据。
第三章.系统设计
一、总体简述:
本系统由数据管理和评价查询两大部分组成，每一部分均由数据库环境支持。数据库为查询评价为用户提供数据，图形，报表综合指数的依据。这两个模块都是基于以下6部分来实现：
1． 术创新能力信息。
2． &D能力分析。
3． 业竞争信息。
4． 场营销能力信息。
5． 业家基本信息。
6． 业基本信息。
二、专题部分
本论文涉及的任务是数据库的管理模块（包括对五个库表的管理实现）和企业家素质评测，以及对本软件的界面的设计。
第五章. 结 论 分 析
在毕业设计的这段时间里面，我经过对设计题目的认真分析和经过长时间地知识积累后，便开始对设计题目的正式落实了；至此，本设计题目已经基本完工。此次设计的项目的实现效果也基本达到预想的程度，下面具体叙述一下设计的结果：
从数据库管理模块来讲，已经实现了数据库记录的更新、删除、添加的操作，还可以进行关键字的查询工作。如果查询的企业没有在数据库记录中，便可以立即进入数据记录添加界面。
综上所述，本设计已经实现了对企业实力进行综合评估的功能，实现了评估所用的数据的管理，同时对界面的制作工作也作了精心的工作,从而从更多的方面综合来评测企业的现在和未来变化。
