摘 要
随着私家车数量的迅速增加,城市的人均占有面积的不断减少,城市停车难问题日益严重,同时加快了立体车库的发展,立体车库是一种向空间、向高层发展的自动化停车设备,具有占地面积少、停车率高、布置灵活、高效低耗、性价比高、安全可靠等优点。
目前市面上常见的立体停车库有:升降横移类、垂直循环类、多层循环类、水平循环类、平面移动类、巷道堆垛类、垂直升降类和简易升降类等8种,其中升降横移类具有结构简单、操作方便、安全可靠、造价低等优点,在国内车库市场占有对优势。本文主要任务是对升降横移式立体停车库控制系统的设计并简要的介绍车库结构和传动机构。应用在车库控制系统中的控制形式主要有三种,进行比较后,综合考虑各种因素,最后选择以可编程控制器(PLC)作为车库控制系统的控制核心,并根据车库工作时输入输出的工作参量,完成可编程控制器的选型。

Abstract
The rapid increase of private cars has reduced the average coverage for each citizen and made them park more difficult. But the increasing private cars has further accelerated the development of a three-dimensional garage which has a three-dimensional space, and the development to the high-level automated parking equipment. The three-dimensional garage has the advantages of less area, more efficient of parking, flexible layout, energy-efficient performance, high cost-effective, safe and reliable and so on.
Nowadays there are 8 types of three-dimensional garage. They are PSH, PCX, PDX, the level of cycle-type, flat mobile category, type of roadway stacking, vertical take-off and landing type and simple movements. And PSH has the advantages of simple structure, easy to operate, safe, reliable, low cost, and dominates domestic market. The main task of this article is to design the system of PSH and briefly introduce the structure of the garage and transmission mechanism. There are three main forms of the garage control system. After being compared and analyzed, PLC is considered to be the garage-core of control. It has finished the selection of PLC according to the input and output of parameters in work.
