摘要
本科题主要阐述了半导体制冷原理与应用,散热强度对制冷性能的影响,以及半导体制冷器的性能测试。最后得出一些重要的结论。与传统的压缩式制冷机相比,本课题研制的制冷器具有以下优点:无噪声,寿命长;无污染;工作可靠,调节方便;尺寸小,重量轻。

Abstract Undergraduate major title on the Theory and Application of Semiconductor refrigeration, heat intensity of the impact
of refrigeration performance and cooling performance of semiconductor testing. Came to the conclusion that some
important conclusions. Traditional compared to the compression chillers,the subject of the development of the refrigerator has the following advantages: no noise,long life;clean;the work of a reliable,convenient adjustment;small size,light weight.
