摘 要
本设计从民营加工企业的现状着手,分析了民营加工企业在全国的地位和特点,从装配流水线的概念和特点出发提出了,在当前经济快速发展中民营加工企业在装配线生产上存在的问题和不足,如:装配线不平衡、效率低、现场管理混乱等。并且运用工序同期化、调整装配作业指导、加强现场管理等方法,对装配生产流水线进行改进,最终达到使整个装配线趋于平衡、装配效率有效提高的目的。而本设计在PC机上控制整个装配流水线的流程,采用当今社会较为流行的控制界面西门子WINCC V6为窗口,在S7-300PLC上实现装配流水线的模拟控制功能。而从世界范围来看,PLC是用的最多、应用范围最广的自动化产品,也可以说是最实用的自动化产品。因为用PLC来实现自动有很多优点,可使系统的硬件设备大为简化,体积减小,而且PLC的抗干扰能力强,可靠性高,操作维护简单。从而在生产中不仅大大的节约了人力资源,而且大大提高了生产的效率,进一步提高了经营利润和加强了可视化的管理。

Abstract

From the view of the world, PLC is the largest, most extensive scope of application of automation products, but also can be said to be the most practical automation products. Because the PLC to automatically use a lot of advantages, the system would greatly simplify the hardware equipment, the volume decreases, and PLC''''s anti-interference capability and high reliability, operation and maintenance simple.
Thus greatly in the production of not only the saving of human resources, but also greatly enhance the production efficiency and further improve the operating profits and strengthen the visual management.
