摘 要
当今世界,电梯的生产情况与使用数量已成为衡量一个国家现代化程度的标志之一。特别是随着城市人口的增加,人们物质文化生活水平的提高,建筑迅速发展,大批的高楼大厦拔地而起,电梯在人们的生产、工作、生活中日益重要。因此对电梯的研究也显得更加有意义。
国内外对电梯的研究一直没有停止过。在理论上,电梯控制经历了从继电器接触器到PLC控制和微机控制的过程。在我国实际工程设计中,PLC由于具有可靠性高、抗干扰能力强、功能强大、可扩展性强、成本低等优点被广泛应用。
本文主要研究基于PLC的四层电梯控制,首先分析了电梯的主要结构和控制要求,设计出电梯控制PLC的输入输出电路,继而编写梯形图程序并通过调试,接着介绍四层电梯模型,经过系统通信达到控制四层电梯模型运行的效果,本研究对于电梯行业的进一步研究有着积极的意义。

Abstract
Nowadays,the manufacture capability and using quantity of elevator is one of the symbols of national modernization degree.Especially,along with urban population increase and people’s corporeal life quality have been raised greatly,architecture field develop rapidly that a large of high building and large mansions appear as if bamboo shoots in spring come out of ground after raining.The elevator has been playing a key role in our life such as production working and daily life.Therefore,study on elevator is much more significant.
People never stop study on elevator.On theory,elevator controls system had gone through three phases that from relay-connector control to PLC control and then Computer control.Inactual engineering design in our country,PLC is popular applied in virtue of its advantage such as high-reliability,excellent anti-jamming ability,strong function,wonderful expansibility and low cost etc.
This paper mainly does a research on elevator control based on PLC, Firstly,the main construction and control requirement of elevator is analyzed;the PLC program is designed.Secondly, the elevator model system is designed by MCGS configuration software. Finally, admiting plc as lower computer meanwhile the configuration system is simulated by PLC。As a result ,we can control the real elevator model in ourlifies。This technique is significant to the more research on elevator control and industry spot monitor.
