摘 要
LabVIEW(Laboratory Virtual instrument Engineering Workbench)是一种图形化的编程语言的开发环境,它广泛地被工业界、学术界和研究实验室所接受,视为一个标准的数据采集和仪器控制软件。此次设计就是要运用LabVIEW作为测量仪器,来完成现今在工业上占重要地位的电机测控中的电机测速。大多数LabVIEW测量系统都需要使用数据采集卡。但简单的应用,可以用单片机来实现数据采集卡的功能。数据采集好后,通过串口发送给LabVIEW,然后由LabVIEW完成数据的显示、存储、分析等功能。
此次设计运用光耦传感器将电机叶片的转速转化为电压型号,波形通过施密特触发器和反相器整形,再通过51单片机进行采集运算,最后由LabVIEW显示。只是简单地运用,却也包含这些当今的重要技术,亦可当作为日后铺路,其意义不小。

Abstract
LabVIEW (Laboratory Virtual instrument Engineering Workbench) is a graphical programming language development environment, it is widely used by industry, academia and research laboratories, accepted as a standard data acquisition and instrument control software. The design is to use LabVIEW as a measuring instrument, to accomplish the measurement of electrical motor speed which is one of the impotant technology of industrial measurement and control of electrical motor. Most measurement systems require the use of LabVIEW data acquisition card. But the simple application that can be achieved with single-chip data acquisition functions. Data acquisition is completed, through the serial port to send to LabVIEW, and LabVIEW for data from the display, storage, analysis and other functions.
The design leaves the use of opto-motor speed sensor into voltage model, the waveform through the Schmitt trigger and inverter plastic, and then were collected by 51 single-chip operation, and finally by the LabVIEW display. Simply use, but also includes these important technologies of today. It is also seem to be paving the way for future .Its meaning is important.
