摘 要
随着微电子技术、计算机技术、软件技术以及网络技术的高度发展及其在电子测控技术与仪器上的应用,新的测控理论、方法、测控领域以及新的仪器结构不断的出现,在许多方面已经冲破仪器的概念,电子测控仪器的功能和作用发生了质的变化。在这种背景下,八十年代末美国成功开发了图形化的计算机语言——LabVIEW。
电机作为现代生产中的关键设备,运行中发生故障或失效不仅会引起严重后果,造成重大经济损失,甚至会导致恶劣的社会影响。基于上述原因,设计一种稳定,可靠,安全的检测控制软件显的格外重要。虚拟仪器,即借助于计算机的软硬件平台,建立起基于计算机的测试与控制系统。LabVIEW 作为虚拟仪器当中的代表语言,是针对测控系统推出的。
本论文介绍了基于labview的实时测试系统。将人机交互、数据采集等任务交给计算机完成,更加安全方便。该测控系统计算机应用软件是在 LabVIEW 平台上开发,实现了友好的人机交互,简单直观的现场数据监控,安全可靠的故障处理措施等功能。这个实时系统可以对直流电动机和步进电动机的起动过程进行实时的数据采集、保存和频谱分析。

Abstract
With the development of the microelectronics technology, computer technology and network technology, software technology and the height of measure and control technology and instrument in electronic application, a new measurement method, measurement field theory, and the new instrument structure has come up, in many aspects of the concept, has broken through the instrument of measuring instruments electronic function and role. In this context, the late 1980s the U.S. has successfully developed a graphical computer language - LabVIEW.
As a modern product machines in operation, the key equipment malfunction or failure causes serious consequences, not only caused great economic losses, and even cause bad social effect. Based on the above reasons, design a kind of stability, reliability and safety control of the software are particularly important. Virtual instrument, computer software and hardware platform, help build based on computer test and control system. LabVIEW virtual instrument as the representatives of language, is builed for measurement and control system.
This paper introduces the test system based on the real-time labview. The human-machine interaction, data acquisition task completed by the computer will more convenient and security. The measurement and control system in the computer application software is developed on the Labview platform, realized the friendly human-machine interaction, simple and intuitive field data monitoring, safe and reliable fault handling measures etc. Function. The real-time systems can of dc motor and stepper motor start-up process real-time data acquisition, storage and analysis.
