摘 要
本文介绍了视频监控系统的现状和发展历程,并以某教学楼为监控对象,将计算机技术、多媒体技术与视频监控技术有机结合起来,设计了有别于传统视频监控的网络数字视频监控系统。系统由前端摄像系统、传输系统、控制系统、视频显示和记录系统四部分组成。系统是双向的多路传输系统,既要向接收端传输视频信号,又要向摄像机传送控制信号和电源。本文简要介绍了每一部分结构与功能,并重点介绍了传输与控制部分,对其中的关键技术加以分析和研究。系统充分利用计算机技术,应用完善的系统软件实现对各种监控数据的管理。整个系统层次分明,硬件简单,布线方便,扩展性好,并具备良好的稳定性和安全性。

Abstract
This thesis introduces the current situation of the monitoring system of videos and development course, regard a teaching building as the target of controlling, combine technology of the computer, multimedia technology with controlling technology organically, have designed a network digital video monitoring system that different from the traditional video monitoring system. The system is made up by four parts, which include front camera system, transmission system, control system, video shown and written down system. System is two-way much way transmission system, should to receive the signal of videos from the end transmit, and also convey control signal and power to the camera. This thesis introduces the structure and function of every part simply and briefly, and furthermore Transmit and control parts are introduced in key, analyze and study about the key technology among them. The system fully utilizes technology of the computer, use the perfect systems soft ware to realize the control over various kinds of control data. The whole system is well-arranged, simple hardware; conveniently connecting it up, good expanding, possess good stability and security.
