本系统是在管理信息系统的理论和方法指导下、数据库技术支持下完成的。本文在结构上首先论述了毕业设计选题的背景、目的和意义。然后叙述了开发平台和数据库技术和各自的优点,接着用了较多篇幅阐述了系统的需求分析、总体设计、实现以及实施的任务、技术和工具。最终系统能够完成信息的输入、输出,数据的修改、查询和统计以及打印报表等功能,使用户操作起来简便快捷。
根据不同用户(管理员、教师、学生)分为三个模块:管理员模块、教师模块、学生模块。
1、 管理员模块
又分系统设置模块、通知通告模块、文件中心模块。
1)、系统设置:
人员配置——创建教师、学生,并将学生分配给对应的学院教务处教师以便学籍管理。
角色权限配置——给特殊的用户分配相应的权限。比如分配给学生查询的权限。给教务处老师查询和修改的权限等。
日志管理——对所有用户的操作进行跟踪和记录,确保数据的一致性和系统的安全。
2)、通知通告模块:
通告发布——管理员可以发布一些和学籍事务相关的通知。比如提醒学生什么时候进行选课;什么时候进行学籍注册;哪些学生受到了学校处分等通告。
通告浏览——管理员可以浏览通告内容。
*3)、文件中心:
文件上传——管理员可以上传一些重要的文件。比如每学期的校历、有关学籍异动的制度、学生贷款的条件说明、各种奖学金的评比制度等文件。
文件下载——管理员可以下载文件。
2、 学生模块
又分为学籍注册模块、学籍信息查询模块、通告浏览模块、文件下载模块。
1) 学籍注册模块:
注册查询——学生可以查询每学年的注册信息,以便确认。
注册提交——学生可以在通告所通知的时间和地点,进行网上学籍注册。若学生在无效期间进行注册,此功能是屏蔽掉的。学生只能到教务处去人工注册。
2)、学籍信息查询模块:
基本信息——学生可以查看个人的基本信息,包括(学号、姓名、入学时间、政治面貌、籍贯、学院、专业等最基本的信息。)
成绩信息——学生可以查看每学期的成绩情况。
学分信息——学生可以查看每学期的总学分,以及所修学分和所欠学分。若所欠学分严重超限,会有警告的提示。
异动信息——异动信息包括:学生是否有转专业、户籍调动、缓读、留级等情况记录。
奖惩信息——奖惩信息包括:每学年的各类奖学金、学校处分情况的记录。
课程信息——学生可以查看每学期的课程表,并可以在开学规定的时间内选择选修课程。若超出选课有效期限,选课功能将屏蔽掉。
3)、通告浏览:
学生可以随时浏览到学校发布的相关通知。
4)、文件下载中心:
学生可以下载相关的重要文件。
3、 教师模块
又分为学生学籍管理模块、通告浏览模块、文件下载模块。
1)、学籍管理模块:
基本信息——教务处教师可以查询、提交、修改所管辖学生的基本信息。普通教师只可以查询。
成绩信息——教务处教师可以查询、提交、修改所管辖学生的成绩信息。普通教师只可以查询
学分信息——教务处教师可以查询、提交、修改所管辖学生的学分信息。普通教师只可以查询
异动信息——教务处教师可以查询、提交、修改所管辖学生的异动信息。普通教师只可以查询
奖惩信息——教务处教师可以查询、提交、修改所管辖学生的奖惩信息。普通教师只可以查询
课程信息——教务处教师可以查看、发布所管学生的公共课程表。普通教师只可以查询

教师可以随时浏览学校的相关通告。

File Upload - the administrator can upload a number of important documents. Example, the school calendar each semester, the student status transaction system, the conditions of student loans description of the rating system of various fellowships and other documents.
File Download - Administrators can download the file.
2, Student Module
Student status register is divided into modules, student status information query module, circular browsing module, file download module.
1) The student status register module:
Registration inquiries - students can check the registration information of each school year to confirm.
Register to submit - students can notice the time and place notified, on-line student status register. If students register during an invalid, this function is masked. Students can go to the Registry manually registered.
2), student status information query module:
Basic information - students can view the individual''s basic information, including (Student ID, name, entry time, the political landscape, place of birth, college, professional and other basic information.)
Performance information - students can view the results of each semester.
Credit information - students can view the total credits per semester, as well as repair credits and credits owed. If the credits owed to a serious overrun, there will be a warning prompt.
Transaction information - transaction information includes: whether students have the turn professional, residence mobility, slow reading, repetition, etc. records.
Reward and punishment information - reward and punishment information includes: types of scholarships for each school year, the school punished the records.
Course information - students can view the curriculum of each semester, and can within the time prescribed in the school choice option. Expiration date in excess of elective, elective feature will be masked.
