摘 要:本研究拟利用餐厨废弃物(泔水)为主要原料生物转化生产乙醇,首先采集泔水,然后经过搅拌,打匀,制成糊状,加入一定比例的辅料,利用高产酒精酵母将泔水中的有效物质转化为乙醇,通过培养条件的优化,提高乙醇的得率。通过研究玉米粉添加量、酶解时间、发酵时间、发酵温度、接种量、初始pH值等对泔水转化乙醇产量的影响,并在此基础上利用正交试验优化发酵培养条件,提高乙醇的产量以及转化率。结果表明:玉米粉添加量为22%,酶解时间为35min,发酵时间为72h,发酵温度为32℃,接种量为10%,初始pH值为4.0,酒精度达到最高值,即转化生产乙醇效果最好。

Abstract:This research was done to make use of the waste food as main raw material to produce ethanol. The waste food were mixed and agitated with some accessories, and then fermentated with Saccharomyces cerevisiae. The research was conducted to study the adding level of corn powder, the enzyme acting time, fermentation time, fermentation temperature and inoculating level, pH on the production of ethanol from the waste food. Results showed that the optimal conditions were: corn powder 22%, the enzyme acting for 35 mins, fermention hydrolysing as 72 h, fermention temperature as 32℃, inoculating level 10%, the starting pH 4.0.
