摘 要:本论文研究了从乌贼软骨中提取β-壳聚糖,实验先将乌贼软骨磨成粉末,然后在不同的条件下提取甲壳素,甲壳素再经过脱乙酰化反应得到壳聚糖,考察了碱煮时间、碱液质量分数、碱煮温度等因数对脱乙酰度的影响。结果表明脱乙酰度的影响因素的主次顺序为温度>时间>碱液质量分数,最佳操作方案为碱液质量分数为55%,时间3h,温度140℃,并将不同的条件进行比较。产品用IR表征,并与α-结构的壳聚糖进行比较。

Abstract:This Papers researched extraction β-Chitosan from squid cartilage,the experimental grinded squid cartilage to powder,then extraction Chitin at different conditions,Chitin was obtianed after deacetylation.Reviewen alkali cooking time,lye quality score and alkali cooking temperature Which were the factors of degree of deacetylation were reviewed .The results showed that the primary and secondary order of the impact factors was temperature>time>lye quality score.The best operation programmes were 55% of lye quality score,3 hours,140 ℃.And then different conditions were compared.The product was characterized by IR,and compared with the α-Chitosan.
