摘要:本文提取的杜仲生物活性物质有黄酮、绿原酸、桃叶珊瑚甙等。本论文通过对回流提取、超声波提取、微波提取和半仿生提取等杜仲生物活性物质提取工艺进行比较研究,确定了较佳的提取工艺为超声波辅助乙醇回流提取法。通过探索试验和对照试验确定了超声波辅助乙醇回流提取法的基本工艺参数范围,然后采用正交试验方法,确定了超声波辅助乙醇回流提取法提取杜仲叶中生物活性物质的优化工艺参数为:采用料液比为1:12,浓度为60%的乙醇溶液,在75℃高频率下超声预处理30min后, 85℃下回流提取40min,01提取2次,浓缩干燥得到产物,其干浸膏提取率可以达到20.95%,总黄酮类物质和绿原酸总提取率可以达到3.81%。

Abstract: In this article, some bioactive components such as flavone、Chlorogenic Acid、Aucubin are extracted from the Eucommia ulmoides by refluence extraction method、Ultrasonic-assisted extraction method and microwave-assisted extraction method. The results show that the ethanol refluence extraction with Ultrasonic wave assisted method is the best way. Upon the comparative experiments and the orthogonal test, the optimum extraction conditions are: the proportion of the Eucommia ulmoides and ethanol is 1:12, the concentration of the ethanol is 60%, pre-process sample 30 min in 75℃ with high frequency of Ultrasonic wave method. Then we extract the bioactive components 40 min at the active temperature 85℃ with refluence extract method. Repeat the process again. The total extraction yield of active compounds is as high as 20.95%, and the total extraction yield of the flavone and Chlorogenic Acid is as high as 3.81%.
