摘要 采用溶析结晶法从积雪草总苷中高效制备高纯度积雪草苷。通过考察不同积雪草总苷于各种溶析剂下的溶解度,以及考察了不同溶剂—溶析剂体系下从积雪草总苷分离制备积雪草苷的规律。得到了98.1%以上纯度的积雪草苷。该方法工艺简单,大大地降低了生产成本以及生产过程中的能源消耗,减少了污染排放。

Abstract A crystallization method is applied to separate asiaticoside from total glucosides of Centella asiatica. Through the study of different solubility of total glucosides of Centella asiatica under a variety of melting-out agent and the resolution in different solvents - melting-out agent system were observed. More than 98.1% purity asiaticoside was obtained. The method is simple process, lower the prime cost and energy consumption, reducing pollution emissions.
