摘要:本文研究的主要内容是硫杂蒽酮类化合物的合成及它们的紫外光谱研究。
本文综述了文献中报道的硫杂蒽酮类光引发剂的合成方法,确定了此次实验的合成方法:由邻巯基苯甲酸为初始原料,与苯酚环合制得关键中间体2-羟基硫杂蒽酮,然后用酸酐和溴代烷与2-羟基硫杂蒽酮反应。通过该法合成了7个相应的新硫杂蒽酮类化合物,反应收率65%~97%。用TU-1810紫外可见分光光度计对其进行了紫外光谱的测定,测定的结果表明:这些化合物在近400 nm处有最大吸收波长。

Abstract:The main content of the dissertation is synthesis of 9H-thioxanthen-9-one compounds and UV-spectra studying of them. 2-hydroxy-9H-thioxanthen-9-one, an important intermediate for synthesizing 9H-thioxanthen-9-one compounds, is described starting from thiosalicyclic acid and phenol by cyclizating. First, 2-hydroxy-9H-thioxanthen-9-one reacts with the corresponding anhydride and bromo- carbons, and then novel thioxanthone compounds are provided. The yield is 65%~97%. It is showed that the λmax of these thioxanthone compounds is nearly 400 nm on UV-spectras.
