摘要: 拮抗菌株MT-06分离自草莓根系土壤,本文就该菌株对几种常见病原菌的拮抗作用作了初步研究.结果表明对西瓜枯萎病菌、浙贝母黑斑病菌、红花枯萎病菌、西瓜炭疽病菌、番茄晚疫病菌、南瓜炭疽病菌的菌丝生长均有明显的抑制作用。另外,本文就该菌株对大棚及温室草莓白粉病的防治效果及温室草莓白粉病的防治效果作了小区试验。大棚及温室草莓白粉病的防治效果实验:施药后7天的调查结果显示该菌株对草莓白粉病的防效,仅次于对照药剂翠贝50%干悬浮液;施药后14天的调查结果显示该菌株对白粉病的防效显著优于药剂翠贝50%干悬浮液。两个试验结果表明空气湿度的大小对草莓白粉病的发病率有直接的影响,空气湿度大的环境中草莓白粉病的发病率较高;拮抗菌株MT-06对草莓白粉病有很好的防治效果,尤其在持效期方面显著优于常规杀菌剂。

Abstract :Antagonist strain MT-06 was isolated from the soil strawberry root. This paper was to study the antagonism between several common pathogen antagonisms and strain MT-06. The result indicated that right Fusarium oxysporum, Zhejiang Fritillaria alternaria, safflower blight, the fungus watermelon, tomato late blight bacteria and Pumpkin hyphae of the fungus growth were significantly inhibited by strain MT-06. In addition, this paper sheds on the strain of greenhouse strawberries and prevention of powdery mildew. The result of greenhouse strawberries experiments, which was designed to prevent powdery mildew, indicated that the effect was significant after 7 days application of the strain MT-06. This effect was just lower than using pharmaceutical Tsui Pui 50% Dry Suspension. After 14 days application of the strain MT-06, the prevention effect was more significant than using the Pharmacy cui Pu 50% dry suspension. The result of two tests showed that air humidity has a direct impact on the occuring frequency of strawberry powdery mildew. Air humidity environment could increase the occuring frequency of strawberry powdery mildew. Antagonist MT-06 had excellent prevention ability upon strawberry powdery mildew, especially more better than genenral fungicides.
