摘要:为了摸清灵芝不同生长发育期子实体多糖和三萜含量的变化规律,为精深加工灵芝品种选育和子实体采收期选择提供理论依据,分析检测了不同灵芝品种的不同生长发育期子实体多糖和三萜含量变化情况。结果表明,大部分灵芝菌株不同生长发育期子实体多糖和三萜含量均差异显著或极显著,其中多糖含量多为在现蕾期最高,开伞期有所降低,成熟期又有所增加,衰老期又大幅度降低,而子实体三萜含量在现蕾期、开伞期、成熟期均较高,在衰老期则显著或极显著的降低。成熟期及时采收子实体是减少灵芝多糖和三萜等有效成分流失的最佳途径。在实际灵芝育种工作中,不但要选育多糖和三萜等有效成分含量均高的菌株,而且要选择在生长发育后期多糖和三萜等有效成分含量也维持较高水平的菌株。

Abstract: In order to find out the variation rules of polysaccharides and triterpenes contents of fruit-body of Ganoderma lucidum in different growth and development periods, provide the theoretical basis for the breeding special strains for extraction and processing and the choice of harvest time of fruit-body, Polysaccharides and triterpenes contents of fruit-body of different strains of Ganoderma lucidum in different growth and development periods were determined. The results showed that the difference of polysaccharides contents of fruit-body of the great mass of strains of Ganoderma lucidum among different growth and development period was remarkable, and the difference of triterpenes contents was remarkable also. Polysaccharides contents of fruit-body of Ganoderma lucidum was highest in budding period, lower in fruit-body growing period, higher in maturing period and lowest in effete period. Triterpenes contents of fruit-body of the great mass of strains of Ganoderma lucidum in budding, growing, maturing period was kept in a higher level, and in effete period was reduced drastically. Harvest in good time during maturing period was the best way to prevent the lapse of the effective constituents, such as polysaccharides and triterpenes. Not only to breed the strain that polysaccharides and triterpenes contents are both higher, but also to select the strain that the effective constituents are kept in a higher level in the evening of the life of Ganoderma lucidum.
