摘要:再生障碍性贫血(AA),简称再障,是一组由于化学、物理和生物因素等多种病因或尚未明确的原因引起的骨髓造血干细胞及造血微环境损伤,导致造血功能衰竭,外周血全血细胞减少为特点一种综合病征,属临床较常见的血液系统疾病。目前还是一种难治性疾病,治疗上决非一种药物可以解决。
本课题通过选用将蚕砂提取物叶绿素结构中的Mg2+置换成Cu2+,研制成叶绿酸铜钠盐。再用叶绿酸铜钠盐治疗因照射造成再生障碍性贫血的小鼠,取处于濒死或观察满15天的小鼠,通过平时观察和检测出的外周血象、骨髓有核细胞数和CD细胞的指标的比较,初步探讨叶绿酸铜钠盐对再障的治疗作用机理,为寻求治疗再障提供一个新思路,从而为临床研究和应用提供实验依据,也为我国蚕桑资源的开发利用提供新的领域。

Abstract:The Aplastic Anemia(AA), is a kind of synthetically syndrome characterized with hematopoietic failure and peripheral blood cells reduction which is caused by Physical and biological factors or other certain reason resulted in hematopoietic stem cells and hematopoietic environmental damage. It’s clinical symptoms is anemia, bleeding, infection etc, which is divides into acute and chronic categories. It is a refractory disease, there is not a drug can crue it.
In this topic we choose the chlorophyll which extract from Cansha. To develop the Sodium copper chlorophyll, we replaced the Mg2+ in that structure by the Cu2+. Then we use it treating the aplastic anemia mice, which is done by irradiating. The testing mice is almost dying or living for 15 days .Comparing the general status and detecting the peripheral blood, Bone marrow cells and CD cells, We preliminary discuss the treated mechanism of sodium copper chlorophyll on aplastic anemia, find a new approach to cure aplastic anemia, so as to provide the experimental basis for clinical research and application. We also try to develop a new field for the usage of the Sericulture resources.
