摘 要:本文采用了三种不同的提取方法:回流提取法、乙醇浸提法、超声提取法对一枝黄花的叶子进行提取。结果显示: 乙醇浸提法提取液杀虫活性最好,甲醇超声提取法所得提取液次之,水回流提取液最弱。根据上面的比较结果,用紫外分光光度计检测三种不同提取方法下提取的提取液含量,用高效液相色谱分析乙醇浸提法的提取液成分,得出是黄酮类物质、皂苷、酚类物质、精油起了关键作用,这些物质均具有药理活性,具有抗炎、抗菌、利尿、抗肿瘤活性等作用,根据菜虫的死亡率进行讨论和总结。随着外来入侵植物加拿大一枝黄花在我国迅速的泛滥危害,有关该植物研究逐渐增多,但对一枝黄花属植物的化学成分及其生物活性尚缺乏系统研究,根据一枝黄花的杀虫活性分析它的化学成分急需进行。

Solidago insecticidal activity component analysis
Abstract: This paper based on the three different extraction methods: ethanol refluxing extraction, ultrasonic extraction, extraction of a yellow leaves were extracted. Results showed that ethanol extraction extract insecticidal activity is best, methanol ultrasonic extraction, water extract from the backflow extract.
