宁波市外来劳动力管理及权益保障状况调查与分析

摘  要

 在经济高速发展的今天，劳动力的流动已经成为了中国经济增长中不可忽视的因素和潜在动力。宁波市作为沿海发达地区，其良好的就业环境、社会环境，吸引了大量的外来劳动力流入。外来劳动力的流入为宁波市的发展作出了巨大贡献，成为了宁波市经济发展中不可缺少的重要部分。在国家政策、制度的调整和完善过程中，宁波市外来劳动力的工作环境和生活条件不断的得到改善，但是宁波市在外来劳动力管理和权益保障中依然存在一些问题。
 本文通过对宁波市外来劳动力基本现状的研究，同时将该市的本地劳动力与外来劳动力各方面进行比较，从政府、企业、外来劳动力本身三方面着手，研究、分析宁波市外来劳动力权益保障中面临的问题并加以解决。

 ABSTRACT
 Withing the high-speed economic development,the movement of labor has become important factor and potential power of economic growth in China.Ningbo is located at the coastal advanced areas,it’s nicer employment and social environment attracts large numbers of migrant labor.Migrant labor make  great contributions to the development of Ningbo,and play an important role in it.During the readjusting and improving in systmen and polocies of government, the life of the migrant labor is getting better and better each year.But there are still remaining some problems that encroach the migrant labor’s legal rights.
 This article study about the situation of Ningbo migrant labor, and then compare with  the city’s local labor. From that , we  study and analysis the problem  that faced by Ningbo migrant labor legal rights guarantee, mainly from three aspects,including government, companies and migrant labor. At last, we come up with the countermeasures.
