知识产权保护全球化对中国外贸的影响及应对措施

 摘  要

 随着经济和技术的迅速发展，知识产权在国民经济中的地位也在逐渐的提高，同时，随着经济全球化的发展，知识产权保护已经成为国际贸易中不可忽略的问题之一。知识产权贸易在国际贸易中所占的比重日益增大，作用更加显著，随着我国加入WTO，贸易全球化的同时，知识产权保护全球化给我国的对外贸易带来了巨大的冲击。因此，重视和加强对我国知识产权的保护，培育国民的知识产权意识，对我国的对外国际贸易健康、稳定、持续发展具有重要的现实意义。本文从知识产权理论与国际贸易的关系入手，列举了知识产权保护全球化对我国对外国际贸易冲击的具体表现，分析了我国遭遇知识产权壁垒的原因，提出我国如何应对知识产权保护壁垒以提高贸易数量与质量，技术水平提高与创新的策略。

 With rapid economic and technical development, intellectual property rights in the national economy status is gradually improving, at the same time, with the development of economic globalization, intellectual property protection in international trade has become one of the issues cannot be ignored. Intellectual property trade in international trade accounted for a growing role even more significant, as China''s accession to the WTO, the globalization of trade, protection of intellectual property rights to China''s foreign trade and globalization have brought tremendous impact. Therefore, China attaches importance to and strengthen the protection of intellectual property, and cultivate people''s awareness of intellectual property rights to China''s international trade healthy, stable and sustained development of important practical significance.
