摘 要
本文主要介绍可编程控制器(PLC)在电梯电气控制系统中的应用,由于工厂企业中很多磨床年代久远,其工作已远远达不到现代生产的需求。因此有必要对旧式的常规电动机控制系统进行技术改造,以可编程序控制器PLC取代常规的继电器,这样减少了中间继电器,使线路得到简化,提高了可靠性,达到磨床自动化控制的目的。随着计算机技术、信号处理技术、控制技术网络技术的不断发展和用户需求的不断提高,PLC在开关量处理的基础上增加了模拟量处理和运动控制等功能。随着微电子技术和计算机技术的迅猛发展,可编程控制器更多地具有了计算机的功能,不仅能实现逻辑控制,还具有了数据处理、通信、网络等功能。由于它可通过软件来改变控制过程,而且具有体积小、组装维护方便、编程简单、可靠性高、抗干扰能力强等特点,已广泛应用于工业控制的各个领域,大大推进了机电一体化的进程。
通过对系统硬件设计方法和程序设计思路的介绍,给出了5层电梯逻辑控制部分的方法。主要涉及5层电梯的PLC控制系统的总体设计方案、组成及模块化程序设计。

The Application of Mitsubishi S7-300 PLC in Elevator Control

The implement of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) in elevator electric control system is presented in this paper. As many of the factories'' old grinders'' work has been well below the needs of modern production,it''s necessary for the old conventional motor control system to have technological transformation, with PLC to replace the conventional relays.Thus it will reduce the intermediate relay, the lines are simplified and improved the reliability,which will achieve the goal of automatic control of grinder. Handle the technique along with the calculator technique, signal, control the technique network is technical to develop continuously is demanding to raise continuously with customer, the PLC measures the processed foundation in the switch up increased to imitate the quantity to handle to control to wait the function with sport.With the rapid development of microelectronics and computer technology, more programmable controller with the functions of a computer,Not only can be realized logic control, but also with the data processing, telecommunications, the Internet and other functions.Because it can be changed by software to control the process, but also has the advantages of small size, ease of maintenance and assembly, programming simple, high reliabilityfeatures, such as anti-jamming capabilities, has been widely used in various fields of industrial control.greatly promote the process of integration of machinery.
The method of logic control part of five-floor elevator is also described by providing system hardware design and program design clues. This paper include of main design method, composition, program design in this elevator control system.
