内容提要
PLC作为新一代的工业控制器,已经广泛应用于各个领域的控制系统。随着社会的不断发展,楼房越来越高,而电梯成为了高层楼房的必须设备。电梯从手柄开关操纵电梯、按钮控制电梯发展到了现在的群控电梯,为高层运输做出了不可磨灭的贡献。
在设计中我具体的讲叙了利用PLC控制电梯的硬件系统和软件系统的设计过程,列出了主要的硬件电路并选择合适电气元件,分析了主要输入输出点的作用。本设计选用三菱公司FX系列中的及其扩展单元PLC来控制电梯的运行。在PLC的电梯控制系统中,电梯的运行都是通过控制软件来实现的。由于楼层较多,本设计采用变换的方法,当把十六层分为单数层和双数层来控制。为了使控制软件和电梯的运行动作有较好的对应关系,电梯的软件控制程序主要分为楼层的呼叫信号记忆、开关门控制、速度变换程序、显示程序等,各司其职,对电梯的运行进行控制。

Summary
PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)has been widely applied for control systems of many demesnes as a new generational industry controller. Along with society''s unceasing development, the building is more and more high, but the elevator became the high level building to have the equipment. After humanity''s more than centuries unremitting endeavors, the elevator already from the handle switch operation elevator, the push-button control elevator develops to the present group control elevator, has made the indelible contribution for the high level transportation.
In the paper, I specifically recount the design process of hardware and software about PLC control elevator, listing the main hardware circuit and it also analyzes the using function of the main output points. This system is a design to use Mitsubishi FX2N-128MR and expanding unit PLC to control a sixteen floor simulation model. In the PLC controlling elevator system, running of elevator achieve through software. As floors more and more, the design uses method of transform, when the 16-divided into single-and double the number of floors to control. By the control software elevator can come true its function, to have a better correspondence relationship between control software and the action of elevator, I divide the control software several parts: calling program、switch door program、transform speed program、display program of floor and so on. They play to control elevator working correctly.
