摘 要
细纱生产是纺纱过程的最后一道工序,细纱机是将粗纱或条子纱纺成一定支数的细纱,供捻线、机织或针织用。细纱机在生产中起着很重要的作用,控制系统性能的稳定直接影响到生产的成本。本设计就是将以前在细纱生产过程中的老式继电器控制,改成用自动化程度比较高的PLC控制,在此基础上实现细纱机的低速启动、高速启动、中途停车、提前落纱和紧急停车等主控制功能;实现电机严格按顺序启动、过载保护和漏电保护等保护功能;实现低速运行状态指示、高速运行状态指示、满纱指示、按故障性质发出停机报警信号等指示、报警功能,最终实现细纱机的稳定、可靠、安全运行。

Abstract
It is end lines of process to spinning course for spun yarn not to produce, spinning frame spin certain spun yarn of number of yarn roving or strip yarn, available for twisting thread , the machine is woven or knitting. The spinning frame plays a very important role in production, the cost that the stability of controlling systematic function influenced production directly. It is to control the outdated relay while the spun yarn produces of before to originally design, make into and control with PLC with higher automatic degree, realize to launch , start , stop , fall yarn and is it control function mainly to stop promptly ahead of time midway at a high speed at a low speed spinning frame on this basis; Realize the electrical machinery is started in order strictly, overload protection and leaking electricity to protect etc. and protect the function; Realize low-speed operation state point out , high-speed operation state point out , full yarn point out , is it shut down alarm signal instruction , warning function to send out according to trouble nature, realize stability of the spinning frame , reliable , safe operation finally.
