摘 要
电梯是一种在日常生活中常见的运输工具。该详细就阐述了采用PLC控制的调压调速的电梯拖动系统的设计过程。与采用继电器的电梯拖动系统相比,采用PLC控制的系统可以大量减少中间继电器和时间继电器的使用,从而简化了控制系统,在运行控制过程中电梯的故障率大幅降低,运行效率明显提高。同时PLC还具有完善的功能,通用性强,性价比高;无触点免配线,可靠性高,抗干扰能力强;体积小,能耗低等特点。基于PLC的这些优点,研究其在电梯中的应用是很有意义和价值的。系统中的PC机采用的是OMRON的C60p型主机,该PC机性质稳定,工作可靠,广泛应用于目前的电梯控制系统中。同时本设计中采用了先进的交流双速全闭环调压调速拖动装置(俗称ACVV拖动系统),根据输入装置中的理想运行速度曲线,将实际信号与接收到的信号进行比较,适时控制施加在电机绕组上的电压,使电梯按照理想速度曲线运行,从而达到零速平层的目的。该系统具有直流电机拖动系统的乘坐舒适感,但运行效率比直流拖动电梯高。另外还设置了检修、消防功能等,大大提高了电梯的安全性和实用性。

Abstract
The elevator drive system is an common travel tool in our day life.This paper presents under control of the PLC the surge of speed elevator drive system design process.Compiring with the usin-g Relay elevator drive systems, the PLC control system can significantly reduce the time and intermediate Relay use, thus simplifying the control system, in operation elevator control process , the f-ailure rate is drastically reduced, and the operating efficiency has improved significantly. Meanwh-ile PLC also has a perfect function, high efficiency, high performance-price ratio; Non-contact-fre-e wiring, high reliability, strong anti-jamming capability; The small size and low energy consumpt-ion. Based on these advantages ,the study of its lift is of great significance and value.The PC used in this System is the C60p OMRON-hosts, the PC is stable, reliable, widely used in the elevator control system. In addition, the design of the use of advanced dual exch-ange rate closed-Speed Surge Drive devices (commonly known as ACVVdriving System), Accordi-ng to the input devices ideal speed curves, the actual signal compiring with the received signal, timely control imposed on the m-otor winding voltage, so that the lift curve ideal speed operation, ac-hieve zero-velocity layers purposes. The system has DC motor drive system ride comfort, but operating efficiency than the DC hi-gh-lift drag. It also set up a maintenance, fire functions, greatly improving the safety of the elevato-r and practicality.
