该工程名称为教学楼，总面积为5184.21m2,共六层，全长60.87m,宽23.51m.该建筑为朝南设置，满足了对房间使用的采光要求。每层分设有男、女厕所。建筑物内部设有一部主楼梯、两部次楼梯及一部电梯，供上下交通联系使用，同时满足防火要求。二楼设置了走马廊，通透的玻璃幕墙方便于教师、学生与外界的联系。
建筑物设置了教室、办公室及会议室。为满足结构受力的合理性将大会议室设置在顶层。
此建筑采用现浇钢筋混凝土框架结构，以保证建筑物的大开间，满足教学楼的使用要求，柱尺寸500×500m2,主梁600×300m2,进深6.3m,开间4.8m.该建筑安全等级为二级，设防烈度为7度，抗震等级为框架三级，屋面防水等级为二级。应用PKPM软件，计算整体框架的内力值及配筋，并运用AutoCAD软件绘出板、梁、柱、基础、楼梯的配筋图。
基础均采用柱下独立基础，地基承载力为280Kpa水位离地面为-5.3m,冻土深度为-1.10m,考虑地震作用的影响。

Abstract
The project is designed according to the demand of the graduation design group 2003 grade civil construction profession. The design includes three parts of contents .They are designed for building structure and organization of construction.
The name of the project is theteaching building which is 60.87 meters long and 23.51 meters wide with an area of 5184.21 square meters. The building faces south in order to have enough light. Each of the floor has men and women's rest rooms. There is one main stairs, two flank stairs and one lift which are used for traffic or communications as well as preventing fire. There is a trotting horse corridor. It is concenient for officers to communicate with outside world through the glass wall.
The building is designed in framework structure to ensure the spacious view and the order of the user. The size of the pillar is 500 multiplying 500 square meters .The size of the roof beam is 600 multiplying 300 square meters. The depth is 6.3 meters and bay is 4.8 meters. The grade of the safety is two. The degree of prevebtion fierae is 7 and the grade of resting shake is 2 about frame work. The figure of inside physical strength and reinforcement are calculated by PKPM software and drew the picture of reinforce of boards, roof beams, pillars, foundation and stairs.
The foundation is alone under the pillars and it can support 280Kpa.The water under the land is 5.3 meters deep .The freezing soil is 1.10 meters under the land with the concerning of the earthquake.
