三个月紧张忙碌而又充实的毕业设计伴随着几多的秉烛夜战与几多的彻夜难免转眼间即将过去了。梅花香自苦寒来,经过二年大学生活的洗礼与造就,面临毕业设计的严峻考验,猛然间发现自己已有了沉甸甸的收获,但也有书到用时方恨少的感慨。
毕业设计是对大学学习生活的一次检测,其目的就是为了融会贯通我们在各个阶段的学习成果。通过毕业设计,可以培养我们综合运用基础理论、基本知识和基本技能,分析和解决实际问题的能力。本次设计题目为沈阳建筑研究院办公楼,通过对这个题目的深入理解,我逐渐加深了对实际工程的了解,这对以后的学习和工作的帮助是极大的。
在这三个月中有老师殷勤的指导与关怀,有同学的帮助与关心,更有自我的不断学习与努力,我不断充实着,提高着自己倾以全力去应对每一个问题.绘制着自己的蓝图,谱写着自己的篇章.诚然设计的过程是艰苦的但随着一道道难关被攻克,一个盲点被扫。.一种成就感和自豪感油然而生。若说二年的学习是一种量的积累,那么这三个月便是完成了质的飞跃。设计已临近尾声,毕业的钟声即将敲响,此时此刻信中可谓是百感交集。我深深知道自己还有很多缺点,在以后的学习生活中会努力改正。感激老师赋予我的知识,感谢同学给予我的帮助.我将以我的知识与努力去谱写自己人生无悔的乐章。

本工程为xxx建筑研究院办公楼,位于xxx。
本工程占地面积约1400平方米左右,建筑面积6196.98平方米。本建筑主体五层,总高度19.5米,室内外高差为0.45米,女儿墙高0.5米。建筑总长度为71.77米,总宽度为19.04米。建筑立面规整,采用白色瓷砖装饰外墙,女儿墙实心砖砌筑,除正门为玻璃门外,其余均采用实木门,窗为塑钢窗。本工程结构形式为钢筋混凝土现浇结构,柱子混凝土强度等级为C30,各层截面均为500500,框架梁混凝土等级C25,截面为250400和250600。建筑地点地质条件良好,采用柱下独立基础,混凝土强度C25。结构采用抗震缝,经济符合要求。设计严格遵守我国现行规范,计算中包括荷载计算,内力组合,基础设计,楼梯设计等。在设计过程中,我应用大学所学知识,努力做好每一步。虽然设计中有许多详尽的地方不尽如人意,但是通过这次设计,我比昨天更进步一些。这次设计很有意义。

The project is the office building of shenyang which is located in the Dongling district of Shenyang city.
This engineering covers an area of 1400 square meters and contains five floors. The total building areas are 6196.98 square meters. Its total height is 19.5m, the outdoor ground is 0.45m lower than the indoor, and the roof walls are 0.5m’s height. The building is 71.77m’s total in length, 19.04m’s total in width. The design of this building is shaped in formal, with white tiles decorated to the outside wall, and solid bricks to build the daughter wall. The structure is equipted with glass door as the front door and solid wood doors as the others. The windows are plastic-steel windows.
The structural form of the civil engineering is the form of reinforcement concret casting. The strength degree of the frame columns is C30. All the cross sections of the columns are 500mm500mm. The strength degree of the frame beams is C25, and the cross sections are 250mm400mm and 250mm600mm. The soil condition of the building site is good enough. Choose the independent under column foundation with the concret of C25. The structure use a shake- avoiding joint which is economical and satisfied to all needs.
The design is strictly complied with the current code of our country . The calculation includes the load, the composition of internal forces, the design of foundation and the design of the stairs. In the design we use the knowledge which we have learned in the college to do my desigh step by step. Though some details in this design are not work out perfectly, I do find that I am much more skillful and professional. This graduate design is greatly meaningful.
