摘 要
本工程为xxx机床厂局办公楼,位于xxx市市区。
本工程占地面积3500平方米,建筑面积5887.038平方米。本建筑主体五层局部六层,总高度22.7米,室内外高差为0.6米,女儿墙高0.8米。建筑采用L形,总长度为41.84 米,总宽度为15.14 米。建筑立面规整,采用乳白色高级涂料装饰外墙,女儿墙实心砖砌筑,除正门为玻璃门外,其余均采用实木门,窗为塑钢窗。本工程结构形式为钢筋混凝土现浇结构,柱子混凝土强度等级为C30,首层截面550550,其余各层为500500,框架梁混凝土等级C30,截面为250×400、300600和300600。建筑地点地质条件良好,采用柱下独立基础,混凝土强度C25。结构采用抗震缝,经济符合要求。设计严格遵守我国现行规范,计算中包括荷载计算,内力组合,基础设计,楼梯设计等。在设计过程中,应用大学所学知识,使我们加深理解并将只是融会贯通已达到最好的利用,提高自己的能力。

Abstract
This office building of SHEN YANG machine tool factory is located in SHEN YANG urban district.
This project covers the area about 3500 square meters, 5266.08 square meters of the building area. The origin constructs five floors and corpus partial six floors, total high 22.7 meters, Internal and external discrepancy in elevation of 0.6 meters, the parapet is 0.8 meters. The shape of this building is “L”, the total length is 41.84 meters, total width is 15.14 meter. The building signs to face the rules whole, adopt the white ceramic tile to decorate the outside wall, the solid brick Brick wall structure of parapet build, in addition to center door being the glass door, the rest all adopts the solid wood door, the window is a steel window .This engineering structure form sprinkles the structure now for the reinforced concrete, the post concrete strength grade is a C30, a layer cuts to face 550×550, rest and each layer is 500×500, the frame beam concrete grade C30, cut to face to 250 × 400 and 300×600 and 300×600.Construct the geology condition of the location good, adopt the pillar independent foundation, concrete strength C25.The structure adoption anti- the earthquake sew, the economy meets the request. Design strictly complied with currently code of our country. And the calculation include the calculation of load, the combination of load effect, foundation design, stairs design etc. In design process, application the knowledge that university learn, making us deepen to comprehend will just integrate to arrive the best exploitation already also, improving own ability.
